My Graduation Plan

Bill Moore and Craig Hicks of ESU # 13 assisted students in accessing "My Graduation Plan."
This moodle course for students follows the life of JJ and Taylor, two high school students who are making plans for graduation and their life beyond school. By completing the 7 modules, students develop their own personal post-secondary goals in the areas of employment, education, and independent living.  They also learn about their disability and how to be an advocate in speaking up for their needs.

If you attended this session and have forgotten how to log into your course, here are the directions: My Graduation Plan Log In Instructions
